Here you can immerse yourself in village life, while unwinding in the complete privacy of your villa with superb views of the surrounding mountains. The villa is in a quiet lane, approximately half way between Puerto Pollença and the town of Pollença.

From the front terrace you enter an elegant hall, which leads to the rest of the ground floor accommodation. There is an enormous lounge- diner, with a feature fireplace, comfortable seating and formal dining area. A large picture window overlooks the gardens and swimming pool. The spacious kitchen, with its oak units, includes a dishwasher and breakfast seating for six. The washing machine is conveniently located in the garage.

The hall leads on to the bedrooms: a master bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom and large window overlooking the front of the house, and two further twin bedrooms.

This delightful modern detached villa is located in front of the sea in a quite cul-de-sac having superb views towards Puerto Pollensa and across the bay to Bonaire. The centre of Alcudia old town is less than a mile away, with local shops and restaurants nearby. For 2009 season the accommodation will be on both ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there will be a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a living room with sitting and dining areas plus a fitted kitchenf. On the first floor there is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor lounge / dining room has double patio doors to a balcony which offers wonderful sea views. There is a separate fitted breakfast kitchen, which also has access to the balcony.

In the farmhouse there are three levels; on the first, a lounge, breakfast kitchen, dining room and a corridor leading to two twin bedrooms, with en-suite shower rooms. Stairs lead up to a gallery landing with an open lounge. From here there is the master double bedroom. There are two twin bedrooms on this level, both having en-suite shower rooms. Also on this level there is a doorway to a separate shower room and the spiral staircase leading to the ‘Penthouse Studio’ bedroom. Here, on the first floor, accessed by an exterior staircase there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both having en-suite shower rooms. The house is situated far away from the mass tourism in a lovely quiet space in the Tramunatana mountain range near the small village Caimari. From the house and all its rooms you have a fantastic view of the landscape of Caimari and Moscari. The house is the ideal starting point for car excursions or long walks discovering the surroundings of Selva and the mountains. In Inca, the nearby town, you can find excellent shopping possibilities and every Thursday a large weekly market takes place in the town centre. By car you can reach the long sand beaches near Alcudia and Pollenca within approx. 20 minutes. Pollensa also offers one of the most beautiful golf courses of the island. Various excellent golf courses are situated in the South of the island, near Santa Ponsa and in Bendinat and Son Vida. For a visit to Palma we recommend you to leave your car in Inca and to take the train to the city. This way you don’t have to worry about parking rules and fees.
