Our house has 3 luxuriously furnished apartments in different sizes. On the ground floor – La Grande – (127 m2) with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and garden. On the top floor – La Media – (100 m2) with 2 bedrooms, kitchen a bathroom and 3 large patios. And on the top floor – El Pequeno – (43 m2) a living/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a large panorama patio of 33 m2. Our house is located in Cala Mandia on the east coast of Majorca near Porto Cristo (5 km). The house is 200 m from the beach. Cala Mandia is a peaceful city with 3 small bays with crystal-clear water. All shops for daily needs are on site. Our house is located in a residential complex with merely 13 units and have a communal pool.

El Pequeno – the small – is the apartment on the top floor (43 m2) with a panorama patio – 30 m2 – with a sea view. It has an air conditioned living/bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub. The living/bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a spacious cabinet, and a dining table with 2 chairs. There is also a safe. In the living room there is satellite TV, DVD and radio. The kitchen is completely equipped with a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker and enough dishes, utensils, glasses, ironing board and iron. The apartment is equipped with heated floors. There is also garden furniture for the 30 m2 panorama patio and pool and beach chair, sun umbrellas and a grill. Bread-roll and newspaper service possible, parking space.

Cala Mandia, in the east of Majorca near Porto Cristo is a peaceful city which is not yet overcrowded with tourists. The three bays Cala Anguila, Cala Mandia and Cala Romantica have beautiful beaches and crystal-clear water. Small restaurants offer inexpensive, good food. Athletically ambitious guests can dive and go snorkelling – a diving school is in the city. Horseback riding, biking, tennis and squash offer athletic fun. Multiple golf courses in the nearby environment invite you to go for a round on the greens. In Porto Cristo, Cuevas el Drax (dragon caves) and the Cuevas Hams are worth a visit. The marina in Porto Cristo is worth seeing. Different markets in the surrounding cities offer all types of merchandise. The island can also be discovered by car. From the cathedral in Palma to the lighthouse on Cape Formentor – the island offers a lot of things to see. Cala Mandia is an ideal starting point for these excursions due to its location.
