Ariany, a small town with 800 residents, is situated in the mittel of Mallorca on the raod from Petra to Santa Margalida. The luxury villa is on the border of Ariany, a perfect start for tours all over the island. To the beaches ‘Playa de Muro’ and ‘Son Serra de Marina’ is only 15 kilometers. The next town, Petra, has 3 supermarkets, 2 bakerys and many small restaurants, the town is a sleepy one where dogs take their naps on the street. Beautiful 400m2 finca situated on a private plot of 30.00m2. The main house counts with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is wheelchair friendly. In the pool house there are two large bedrooms with two large bathrooms en-suite. In the main house there is a large fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Next to the kitchen you find a dining room with a table that seats 12 people. From the dining room you get to a lounge room. On the first floor there is a spacious living room. The finca is decorated very beautifully and offers a lot of comfort. Of course there is a washing machine, sun lounges, sun screens, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. For the colt months the house has central heating. Air conditioning isn’t necessary because of the 1 meter wide walls that keep the heat outside. Outside there is a covered terrace with a large table for 12 people. There is a roof terrace, with sea view, for sunbathing.

For more shopping possibilities you can go to either Can Picafort or Inca. Both are only 10 minutes away. You enter the house through a large (45 sqm), very typical Mallorquinian vestibule. There is cosy seating for 6 people in the large living room as well as additional seating next to a library.
