Set in 4000m2 grounds, in the Vall den March, with wonderful views of the mountains and just 1km from the old town of Pollença. The house is built from traditional Mallorcan stone; however, the interior has a fresh contemporary living accommodation decorated with fabulous modern art. You enter into the living room, with its sitting and dining areas, complete with satellite TV and DVD player. Leading from the living area is a bright, fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher). There is a second sitting room, with cupboard space, which is adjacent to a bathroom with walk in shower. From here there are two twin bedded rooms, one with en suite bathroom and patio doors onto the pool terrace. The master bedroom with its full en suite bathroom is located via an inner entrance hall, adjacent to the main living area.

There is a courtyard garden with a fountain and also a roof terrace. Just a short walk away is the village square, with it’s beautiful church, local bars and shops and a Tuesday market selling local produce. There is also a beautiful communal swimming pool and tennis courts within a 10 minute walk away. It is within easy reach of the sea, the famous mountain walks and the historic city of Palma. From the lounge area you can access the balcony from where one can relax and enjoy views of the Mediterranean whilst dining alfresco. The apartment has a lift to the the second floor. All rooms have reverse cycle air-conditioning although with the sea breeze through the patio doors it is not necessary. This apartment is in a prime location, a 2 minute walk to the harbour and club nautica. Surrounded by some of the very best restaurants and bars. Close to the bus stop to take you into the old town of Pollensa or going the opposite way to old town alcudia, Port of Alcudia and Can picafort / son baulo area. Alcudia has the nearest water park.
Discounts!!! Apartment Antonio sleeps 6/7 beach views. Apartment Antonio is in the quieter part of Can Picafort. Son Baulo, this is a quiet location towards the residential area of the village. The apartment has a large terrace overlooking the lake and picturesque nature reserve called son real very peaceful and great for alfresco dining or lazing around taking in the sun.. For those that want to relax a while indoors there is satalite tv and dvd recorder for your use. Please bring your own dvd’s. Wonderful sea views only 100metres from Son Baulo beach which is accessible via a pedestrian walk way. There is a peaceful car free promenade that takes you all the way into Can Picafort for romantic strolls, roller-skating, cycling, Passing some great restaurants on the way. Can Picafort, a 30 minute SLOW stroll away, is a more lively resort should you require night clubs, casinos etc. Everything that you need to enjoy your stay is all close by.
