Son Baulo is the quieter residential side of Can Picafort with its own bay surrounded by the beautiful woodlands and lake of Son Real natural park, great for exploring and visiting the medieval burial ground which is just a short walk away from the beach area. You could if you feel energetic carry on along the shore line where you will find lots of little hidden areas to take in the sun, sea and rest a while, carry on for approx 40 minute and you will arrive at Son Serra de Marina a lovely little fishing village again with a beautiful beach and bars to quench your thirst..(If you fancy this but not walking there are horses for hire) Can Picafort also has its own beach this reaches right round to the Port of Alcudia & offers lots of water sports. Can Picafort and Son Baulo have a great car free promenade to walk up and down safely. There are some great bars and restaurants to choose from. Large supermarket, post office, banks available.Local bus service and transfer to the local train.
